1) Fluent communication in English & Hindi
2) Closely work with the Director in his Technical work related to plant and Corporate office
3) Coordinate with Plant Head, Operation Head communications, including taking calls, responding to emails
and interfacing with clients
4) Responsible for the Technical Data, Production Data, Maintenance Data, Quality Data on daily basis from all
the department and merge it in at a glance for the Director
5)Daily Monthly MIS of Fuel Consumption i.e. PNG, Diesel or Electricity according to the Production
6)Collecting the data from Plant Head for the targeted Production
7) Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
8)Good knowledge to read the drawing and other Technical knowledge of the machinery
9)Read and understand Technical Data and same communicate to the Director
10) Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel if required
11) Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
12) Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
13) Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
14) Interpersonal Skill.
15) Negotiation Skill
16) Computer Savvy
