Job Description:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Well acquainted with Fund Management, Working Capital, Cash Flows, Taxation - Direct & Indirect including GST & Income Tax
2.Treasury functions
3. Export and Import procedures
4. Banking Operations
5. Statutory Compliances
6. Company Law / Audits
7.Budget preparation for the Company and sister concerns
8. Operational Efficiency
9. Financial Analysis
10. Variance Analysis
11.Competition benchmark
12. Inventory Control
13.Ledger Accounting ,Balance Sheet, Insurances
14.Vendor payments
KRAs:
- Fund Management & Banking Operations.
- Meet all statutory compliances as per the Taxation & TDS guidelines laid down by the Government.
- Ensure all vendor payments are cleared on time after complete verification.
- Manage the budgets and forecasting for the year.
- Manage the implication and the intricacies involved in taxation / Bank Guarantees / Cash Flows and working capital to ensure smooth flow of business operations.
- Managing the Finance & Accounts team to ensure higher level of proficiency.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
Accounting Skills/ Data Management/ Cash Flow Management/ Mathematical skills/ Business Intelligence/ Analytical Thinking/ Financial Management/ Knowledge of Financial ERP Software/ Team handling
