Job Description:
- New machine concept design & calculations, Selection of pneumatic actuators & Manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T with tolerance stack up.
- Preparation BOM, drawings for manufacturing, DFMEA, Design Documents, Machine operating manual etc.
- Coordinating with Electrical engineer, draftsman, purchase, fitter for project completion, and conduct Factory acceptance test.
- Creo, Solid works, Windchill and AutoCAD proficiency for part and assembly modelling.
- Hands on experience in doing assembly of physical parts
- Experience with robotics and vision systems is added advantage.
- Create road maps of automation project from conception to final implementation. Exploring and implementing new ways to automate assembly processes,
- Good communication skills.
- Result oriented, Problem-solving skills and Creative thinking.
- Project management with Complete project handling skill.
