Job Description:
- Work on
CNC
- ,VMC,HMC ,
CNC
- Turning and conventional machines.(i.e.mori seiki , homma, Daewoo, Pegard, SHW , KMC and SPM machines).
- Work on & SIEMENS Controller 840 D
- Devlope new product process plan and machining sequence.
- Making products as per drawing and design.
- Meeting production target.
- maintaining tool frequency chart.
- maintaining log-out and tag-out data sheets.
- to solve the line problem.
- to monitor and handling the line.
- giving training to juniors and new comer.
