Job Description:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor parts and supplies, oversee inventory levels, and ensure technicians have the necessary parts to complete jobs.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty procedures and industry regulations. Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to minimize comebacks.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and set targets for the sales team.
