Job Purpose:Under the general guidance and supervision of the Manager – Sales & Marketing and within the limits of established Corporate / Sales policies and procedures, assists and implements all sales activities

Responsibilities:

· Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully selling Products

· Presentable and should be able to impress customer and serve them in a different manner.

· Will Assure Discipline and Decorum of Stores

· Will Drive Sales and Customer Handling.

· Update/Report on Daily Basis for Sales Done

· Ensure to Open and Close Branch on Time.

· Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Pro-Active.

· Update and Report Daily Sales, Operations , Requirement to Store Manager

· Customer Retention.

· Marketing Activities.

Requisite Skills:

· Good Communication

· Relationship management with client,

· Revenue target achievement,

Desired Skills:

· Relevant Experience Preferred.

· Good Negotiation Skills

· Relationship building.

Education:

12TH Pass

Relevant Experience:

Retail Experience for Premium Outlets

CTC per annum:

10000-15000 plus incentives

Total Experience:

1-3 Year
