About the Job
Nash Tech Labs is looking for talented, mature, self-motivated,
and dynamic individuals for its Research & Development center
in Bangalore to become a part of NextGen product
development in the POWER ELECTRONICS team.

To ensure success in this position, you should exhibit extensive
knowledge of business operations and experience in a related

industry. We are looking for a talented, creative Engineer-
Power Electronics to work on the Design and development of

NASH Power Electronics products and EV (Electric Vehicle)
Segment. The goal is to derive design solutions of innovation
and excellence for the NTL products.
Our customers range from a variety of industries, such as BMS
(Battery Management System), Electric Vehicles batteries, IoT,
Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Electrical, banking, healthcare
and power products. Our current products are All-in-one PC,
Kiosk, Defense Torch, Combat Management System, EV
chargers, BLDC motor controller solutions, Industrial
Automation, Bluetooth speakers, etc. Each day, the scope of our
products verticals and design services only keeps increasing.

Basic knowledge and development skill of power
electronics for converters
Understanding the basic of drivers for MOSFET and IGBT
and their applications
Knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit
Understanding of Boost, buck converter circuit operation
Knowledge of basic power electronics and measuring
instruments

Technical Skills

Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT, Diode, Gate drivers
Microcontroller, H bridge and sensor circuits etc.
Solid understanding of the theory and capacitors
(Electrolytic, film and Ceramic) used in BLDC Motor
Controllers.

Good understanding of switching waveforms, Semi-
conductor losses.

Knowledge of topologies of Converters (Rectifiers,
Choppers, Inverters).
Good Understanding of Control techniques of dc-dc
converter
Basic knowledge of embedded system development
capability

role:

Must play a key role in developement and testing of
converters and SMPS
Preparation of technical documents.

responsilibilites

Preparation of specification document, BOM,and design
document.
Schematic preparation, PCB Layout Knoweledge, PCB
footprint documentation.
Must make reports of Daily activities with respect to
projects assigned.
Must be able to perform basic debugging on the circuit
level.
Provide support for product testing.

additional SKILLS
Knowledge of measurement instruments like digital multi
meter, oscilloscope , functional generators, spectrum
analyser.
Understand well about microchips and controllers
Practical experience in working with Converters.
Basic knowledge of product testing.
Knowledge of PCB etching, document preparation.
