We have urgent opening for Field Sales Executive.
Job Description of Field Sales Executive:
- Promote and sell broadband services to potential customers in designated areas.
- Generate leads through various sources such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable broadband plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our broadband services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or broadband industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their
- requirements.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a two-wheeler.
- Flexibility to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
