Sales Executive - Mumbai
Job Description:
- Have adequate knowledge regarding Customer Support/Marketing/Sales & Dispatch.
- Assigned the tasks of handling Customer Queries, On time Delivery, feedback, Transportation, Complaints & Request.
- Responsible for maintaining & developing relationship with External & Internal Clients.
- To prepare an annual plan for sales targets and then further split it into regional wise and to continuously monitor the achievement and progress according to the plan.
- Responsible for handling & solving customer support issues Via calls & E-mails.
- Responsible for preparing, maintaining & analysing data.
- Assigned the tasks of supporting, analysing & investigating the development new features in supporting sales.
- Handled the task of contributing to other functional responsibilities of the organization.
- Provided technical assistance & gave suggestions to meet customer’s expectations.
- Ensuring proper & correct execution of sales, Dispatch, Timely Delivery, Discount & trading terms determined by the Organization.
- Responsible for operating the department managing system requirements & timelines.
- Accurate & timely reports on Market Intelligent, Competitor’s activity, Price changes & Promotional support.
- Performed other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Increase sales for designated area through generation of new business by maintaining regular contacts and good professional relationship with existing customers.
- Develop strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue growth by proactively targeting new customers.
- Ensure regular customer connect & high customer satisfaction level.
- Regularly update enquiry tracker to ensure accurate reflection of sales/opportunity pipeline.
- Ensure contribution margin targets are met while bidding for an order.
- Manage payment collection within stipulated timeframes.
