Robotics Operator
Job Description:
The successful candidate will apply their knowledge and experience in robotics for complex and challenging problems. The robotics engineer will be responsible for researching, designing, building, and maintaining robotics systems and applications.
Analyze defect, process improvement and Cycle time enhancement to improve productivity.
Inspect, Monitor, Validate, Verification to be done as per customer standards.
Responsible for BIW automation programming, Handling, Welding, Vision Application etc.
Responsible for Robots interface with PLC with I/O mapping including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mistubishi
Ensures that Robots meets/exceeds customer cycle time requirements by improving Robots path, improving the process flow through IO signals, and improve the process .
Interaction with CFT like Fixtures, PLC, project management, procurement etc.
