This position- Finance Associate will be involved in customer analytics ( FTR,Tenured, upgrade , product analysis speed wise and validity wise) etc and facilitate better analysis of SAC &LCO pay-outs.
Skills -
- Experience of 5+ years for handling large data base
- Is currently working in Banking / Telecom / E-Commerce sector
- Having good knowledge of Excel, MS Access. Optional skills : Python and SQL
- Hands on experience of handling bulk customer communication thru various tools
