Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the residence, ensuring all areas are well-maintained, safe, and functional.
- Monitor and control utility usage to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and contractors for various services, such as landscaping, cleaning, security, and repairs.
- Ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail in all hospitality-related activities. Oversee the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the residence and its occupants. Train and educate household staff on emergency procedures and safety measures
- Develop and manage budgets for facility management and hospitality services. Monitor expenses, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence related to the property and its operations
- Supervise and provide direction to household staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns, provide feedback, and ensure smooth operations.
