Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering
- Understand clients' hiring needs and job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Sourcing & Screening
- Utilize various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal databases to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
- Provide feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and share recruitment progress reports with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in niche or senior-level hiring.
- Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment trends.
