PLANT HEAD FOR STEEL INDUSTRY - FABRICATION - STEEL STRUCTURE/TMT BARS - RAIGARH , CHHATTISGARH

• Production Management: 

  Oversee daily plant operations, implement and manage production schedules to meet deadlines, and ensure efficient processes.

  Monitor and maintain high product quality standards, implement corrective actions for defects, and ensure compliance with quality regulations.

  Lead, mentor, and motivate the plant staff, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure staff performance meets organizational goals. 

   
• Cost Control: 

  Manage operational budgets, control expenditures, and implement cost-reduction measures to enhance profitability. 

   
• Safety and Compliance: 

  Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations, implement preventive maintenance programs, and maintain a safe working environment. 

   
• Process Improvement: 

  Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity, optimize processes, and eliminate waste. 

   
• Resource Management: 

  Manage human resources, allocate resources effectively, and oversee the supply chain and inventory levels. 

   
• Equipment Maintenance: 

  Ensure the reliability and availability of plant equipment through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. 

   
• Reporting: 

  Analyze production data, prepare and present operational reports to senior management, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). 

   

• Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team. 
   
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of various fabrication processes, including sheet metal, welding, and CNC operations. 
   
• Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills to develop and implement operational strategies. 
   
• Problem-Solving: Proficient in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and identifying deviations in manufacturing processes. 
   
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments and report to senior management.
