Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute effective store launches and product launches across all channels.
  2. Enhance point of sale brand visibility and maintain accurate records.
  3. Drive the marketing calendar for exclusive brand outlets (EBOs), including festive and CRMrelated

campaigns, and facilitate relevant communications through offline channels.

  1. Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns, taking ownership from ideation to

execution.

  1. Address specific marketing and promotional needs on a store-by-store basis.
  2. Monitor underperforming stores and recommend programs to improve their profitability.
  3. Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players and vendors, such as

mall marketing teams, large format retail (LFR) or multi-brand outlet (MBO) marketing

teams, and retail store owners.

  1. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain valuable insights, and

assess their effectiveness in meeting predefined goals.

  1. Oversee advertising programs required for specific retail properties.
  2. Create targeted advertising campaigns for stores, utilizing mediums such as radio, direct

mail, billboards, newspaper advertising, and cross tie-ups.

  1. Execute retail marketing initiatives by translating corporate marketing strategies into tailored

programs for retail stores.

  1. Collaborate with the graphics department to develop creative assets and manage the end-toend

process from concept to execution.

  1. Work in tandem with the operations and visual team to ensure effective communication to

the field and store management. Track and evaluate competitors' marketing initiatives,

providing written reports and recaps.

  1. Possess understanding of printing technology, which will be advantageous in this role.
