Job Description:
Position: HR Recruiter
Salary: Negotiable as per experience + Incentives
Note: Required only immediate joiner(FEMALE)
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Co- ordinating with Recruitment Vendors and Clients.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks and create/post job descriptions.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
- Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
- Managing, consolidating, and growing client base.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of database management and internet search methods.
- Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
