Job Description:
JD of Assistant Manager (Marketing)
Product - dolomite, calcined dolomite, noble ferro alloys
Reporting to: General Manager (Marketing)
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Responsible for preparing MIS and Rakes Dispatch Reports.
? Generating an e-way bill and sending it to the customer with a copy of the RR.
? Responsible for preparing invoices & supporting documents and verifying them with
the accounts section.
? Checking company’s mail regularly.
? Tracking new indents on the FOIS portal and placing indents as per requirement.
? Preparation of Outstanding & Overdue Reports for Clients and reminding them for
payment follow-ups.
? Responsible for discounting of Invoice on Discounting Platforms.
? Assist the Department Head with Tender & Bids; and other reports as needed.
Requirement:
? A Bachelor’s degree in marketing with min. of 5 years of experience in the relevant
field
? Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
? Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Should belongs to industrial sector
Salary Range: 25000/- to 45000/- per month
