Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Talent Acquisition for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Mumbai (Andheri) Location.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target based Recruitment: Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and achieve the same within the stipulated time frame.
  • Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles from ideal companies and establishing contact , engaging and hiring the specific profiles.
  • Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals when required.
  • Job Postings: Posting advertisements on job sites and on social media.
  • Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
  • Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates on interview via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments and then arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates. Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications.
  • Regular updating: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Gender - Female

Candidates Profile:

  • Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years of Relevant (Preferable from IT or Companies which have a High Recruitment Turnover and from a target based environment).
  • Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar. Grad - Post Grad Preferable.
  • Communication : PROFICIENCY in English Mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails).
  • Skills: Excellent talent acquisition skills. Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques and hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites).
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies with proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar profile.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Training will be provided
