Job Description:

Manage and lead a team of technical professionals responsible for the operation and maintenance of our hosting infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT production strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of our hosting environment, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, network, and security teams, to ensure smooth operation and integration of systems and applications.
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers, evaluating and selecting the most suitable solutions for our hosting environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hosting and IT operations.
- Manage IT production budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and reliability.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the IT production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and account ability.
