Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of India Business Head for a reputed MNC Company in Power Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Responsible for keeping the company existing business and developing the new business in India.
- Must be effective at job schedule planning with highly self-managed manner in the daily work.
- Work closely with the local distributors but be able to manage and conduct direct contact with the end customers.

Age - 30 -37
Candidates Profile:
- Multiple years of sales and new business development experiences in the power semiconductor. Willing to work individually as a pioneer employee for the company.
- Overall the candidate must be able to perform the capability to grow the India market for the company.
- Bachelor degree is a must with preferred engineering major.
- Experience of intensive business travelling is necessary as frequent customer visit and self-organized travel planning are required in this assignment.
- Excellent of written and oral English ability with acceptable Hindi communication skill.
