Business Finance Executive - Financial Planning MIS and Reporting (FMCG), Mumbai
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To support the Business Finance Manager for personal care business
Responsibility:
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports
• Financial Planning & Analysis.
• End to End P&L Analysis and Report.
• Payables & Receivable.
• Commercial Planning and Sales Analysis
• Monitor all daily & weekly reporting
• Ensure timely processing of the vendor invoices & payment to third party manufactures
• Monitor MSME Compliances
• Overseas Import and Export transactions and all compliances
• Monitoring GRIR ageing
• Overseeing customer/Vendor account management
• Monitoring Debtors/vendor ageing & take timely action for overdue receivables/payables
• GST Compliance specially GST 2A (GST Input Credit)
• Assisting the tax team for legal cases and other matter
• Monitoring monthly TDS, TCS and GST return
• Passing JV for provision and other adjustment.
Skills/Qualifications:
• M.Com/ MBA Finance
• 4-8 years’ experience in FMCG Finance
