Job Description:

Role and Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Define key messaging and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry bodies.
  • Prepare press releases, media pitches, and responses to media inquiries.
  • Manage media coverage and monitor industry news relevant to the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategies for effective internal communication to engage employees and promote a unified company culture.
  • Create content for internal newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings.
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication about company updates and initiatives.
  • Craft compelling written content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and impactful materials.
  • Awards Management: Managing the award submission for the entire group.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 7-8 years as a Communications Manager or in a similar communications role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content and adapting messaging for different audiences.
  • Crisis communication experience and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with media relations and working with journalists.
  • Understanding of digital and social media trends and platforms.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
