We have an urgent opening for the position of Zonal Manager Closing for a reputed Real Estate Company at Mumbai / Pune/ Delhi NCR Location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling site Sales closing.
- Handling lead management
- Managing syndicate Channel Partners leads.
- Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work.
- Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
- Managing and marketing operations.
Candidate's Profile:
- Very Good English Communication.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Should have handled a team handling experience.
- Promotion within the same company is preferred.
- Developer vertical would be preferred.
