Position: HR Executive
Experience : 1 to 3 years in a medium Manufacturing Company
Qualification: Graduate + MBA (HR)
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Personnel
- Administration of all personnel policies and procedures..
- Responsible for the Statutory compliance
- Recruitment
- Maintain update record of all Temporary and Contract Labours.
- Visit to Jejuri plant on weekly Basis
- To maintain the records of Statutory compliance and any other records as per requirement
- Ensuring that Company policies & procedures, processes and systems outlined in the company manuals are followed strictly by the employees
- Payroll Administration
- Arrange timely payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
- Preparing payroll costs on monthly basis and ensure these are allocated to correct budget heads.
- Be updated with developments related to payroll law and administration.
- Monitoring uploading of the daily reports. Attendance, Absentee of employees etc.
- Provide MIS as & when required by the Management
- Welfare
- To Initiate and organize various welfare activities and schemes for employees
- Implementation of Various Employee Related Scheme
- Pantry
- Ensuring timely availability of Tea and drinking water to all.
- Monitoring Cleanliness in the office area
- liasoning activities
- liasoning with all functional heads
- liasoning with external agencies / service providers and government officials
- Employee Development & Performance Management
- Ensuring annual appraisals of employees are done on time
- Maintain discipline in the work area
- Employee Environment, Health and Safety and Five S
- Ensure use of Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) by all Operators in the plant.
- Ensuring that safety guidelines are strictly followed in the work area.
- To perform any other duties / responsibilities / tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department / Management.
Functional Knowledge
- Knowledge of departmental systems and procedures
- Knowledge of employee related Labour Laws Acts/ Rules / Procedures
- Performance Appraisal methods, Techniques and methods
- Knowledge of Pay Roll Administration
- Knowledge of Welfare Practices
- Knowledge of personnel systems
- Knowledge of related Documentation and Drafting
- Good Communication skills.
