Job Description:

1.       Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for various roles within the jewellery industry.

2.       Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, industry associations, and direct sourcing.

3.       Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organisation.

4.       Utilize effective assessment methods, such as technical tests and behavioural interviews, to evaluate candidates' competencies and potential.

5.       Build and maintain a network of industry professionals and passive candidates for future hiring needs.

6.       Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiations.

7.       Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, such as employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs.

8.       Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent.

9.       Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and maintaining effective communication.

10.    Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.
