• Identifying the right target group for mid segment/ high end residential units, formulating and implementing the marketing plan
• Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities, providing valuable inputs to fine tune sales & marketing strategies.
• Managing the production of marketing materials
• Organizing & attending events. Contributing to, & developing, marketing plans & strategies. Evaluating marketing campaigns.
• Developing Lead Generation activities, Brand Development strategy. Plan & execute digital marketing activities. Fluent English
• Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company. goals.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
