Job Description:
Experience Required -
- New product process development; feasibility study- IS A MUST
- Assembly tool design must- how to design tool from beginning to end.
- Experience in documentation- PFMEA, WI/SOP, flow chart
Responsibilities
- Develop new processes, assembly tools, create documents like PFMEA, flow charts, WI/SOP, Control plan.
- Plan & access the feasibility of new & running projects.
- Experience in new product process development is must
- Ensure day to day accountability & support production team to achieve targets by problem solving, RCA,
- Process improvements, implement poka-yoke, training, FAI etc.
- Ensure good interface between production, planning, engg., QC
- Review CAPEX requests and make decision about the purchase of equipment’s, fixtures, tools & jigs.
- VSM, Establish, streamline & optimize plant layout.
- Ability to manage team, must be good in analysis.
- Knowledge & experience in project management, design software, assembly automation, GD&T, Tolerance
- stack up is must (Creo/ Windchill, & AutoCAD)
- Good communication skills.
- Result oriented; Self driven, Analytical thinking.
- Problem solving skills.
- Project management skills
