Billing Engineer
Job Description:
Location :- Baner
1.Quantity Estimation, BBS, Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, Reconciliation of RMC & Steel
and other consumable materials. Rate analysis of RCC work for (L) & (L+M ). Billing in Item rate
contract as per BMC norms.
2. Quantity Estimation, Compilation of working sheets, BOQ preparation.
3. Execution of all the activities and Billing in Item rate Contract.
Contracts administration and enforcement at the site. Coordination with the team to ensure smooth execution and handover of detailed information.
4. Prepare a detailed bill of quantities.
5. Prepare detailed comparative statements.
6. Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing
7. Maintain accurate and organized billing records
8. Coordination with the site team and vendors to certify the subcontractors bill.
9. Checking of Daily Progress Report.
10. Coordination with the site team for material reconciliation
