CTC: 3 – 3.6 LPA

Position Title: ASST MANAGER SALES - Real Estate

 

Responsibilities:

-Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget.

-Showcase property listings to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.

-Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, networking events, and outreach activities.

-Develop an in-depth understanding of available properties, including their specifications, pricing, and local market trends.

-Conduct thorough consultations with clients to identify their real estate needs and provide suitable property options.

-Skillfully negotiate terms and prices with clients, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.

-Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property viewings, contract signing, and any necessary follow-up.

-Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide informed insights to clients.

-Ensure exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

-Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

-Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share market insights, and enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts.

-Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and agreements related to property sales.

-Continuously update knowledge about real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
