Job Responsibilities:
· Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business · Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects · Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner · Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal · Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects and cross-sell · Keep abreast of competition and competition’s strategy to be able to ensure control of market share and seek new relations and methods of product enhancement and client satisfaction Business Development: Networking with prospective clients, generate business from the new and existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets. Identifying key/institutional accounts and strategically securing profitable business.
Key Account Management: Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. Understanding the client’s requirements & providing quality services. Identifying prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing clients, thereby achieving business targets. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
Client Relationship Management: Handling customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by adherence to delivery & service quality norms. Sustaining healthy business relations with major clientele by ensuring customer empowerment |
