Job Description:

Job Summary:

The GEM Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. This role involves coordinating and executing the procurement of goods and services for government agencies efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of government procurement regulations and procedures in India.
  • Proficiency in using the GEM portal and other relevant procurement software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with e-tendering processes is a plus.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • 2+ years of Experience in using the GEM portal for procurement activities is an advantage.
