Languages:- English, Punjabi.
US Shift Timings-: 8:30 pm to 6 am
Monday to Friday and Saturday (depend on work )
Educational Qualification:-
Undergraduate / Graduate with good computer knowledge
Note:- for multilingual candidates proficiency in the spoken language would be of prime importance.
Job Description
*USA Technical support voice process.
*Must have excellent English communication skills.
*Must have Customer handling skills.
*Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
*Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
*Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
*Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
*Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
*Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
*Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
