Job Description:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Personal Care- General Trade- Channel Sales

Department/Group: Sales

Position Reports to Regional Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area
People Management – Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
Managing Team – Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
Managing Depot – ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues.
Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting

Skills/Qualifications:

Candidates with Personal Care exposure at a managerial level
Education Qualification: MBA 
Experience: 2 + years of experience as a manager (ASM)
Fluent in English and local language.

Key Requirements:

- Open to work for 6 working days in a week.
- Ability to connect and engage teams across levels and effectively navigate through organization.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Target B schools are SCMHRD, SIBM PUNE, NMIMS MUMBAI, IMT GHAZIABAD, BIM TRICHY, TAPMI, IRMA, XIM BBSR, XLRI, MDI Gurgoan, IIMs or any from a premier institute ONLY TIER 1 and 2

2018- upto 31 lacs offered

2019- upto 30 lacs offered

2020- upto 27 lacs offered

2021- upto 25 lacs offered

Skills/Qualifications:

• MBA (2018-21) from a premier institute ONLY TIER 1 and 2
• Around 2-5 years of experience in FMCG firms, majority of this experience being as an ASM General trade
