Job Description:

Position – Performance/Growth marketing manager

What’s the role
• Scale and own our D2C shopify website.
• Drive relevant paid and organic traffic.
• Implement a delightful UI/UX for maximum conversions.

What you’ll Handle
• Website P&L – own the channel completely.
• Performance marketing & SEO – drive strategy and ROAS
• Conversion rate optimization – constantly upgrade the website.
• Repeats and Referrals – manage effective CRM practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the entire performance and growth marketing for our company.
  • Driving traffic to the website - handle and optimize performance marketing strategy & planning.
  • Handling funnel optimization
  • Optimizing conversion rates - CRO strategies and running A/B tests on Shopify
  • Marketing automation and using channels like WhatsApp, email, SMS to increase retention/referrals.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Contlo/WebEngage, loyalty apps, quick checkout
  • Familiarity with driving and championing metrics like CPC, CPM, Cost per Conversion, Conversion Rate, ROI
  • Own all performance marketing delivery by managing campaigns on Facebook, Google & YouTube Ads with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor and run A/B tests to improve campaign structure, ads, and website performance.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart
  • Work with category/account managers to plan campaigns for platform events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketer, with proven experience in any D2C space.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth and ROI.
  • Any experience running a venture or freelancing would add a brownie point.
