Skills: Swift Messaging, Real Time Payments, End to end Payment Process, ISO Messaging.
- Payment analysis skill required to analyze the customer traffic.
- Understand the difference between the system behavior as customer are migrated from old platform to new platform.
- Parallel Test Environment - Understand if it is a defect or it is gap where customer is sending the payment. Accordingly, liaise with IT team to fix the defect or with customer for payment formatting issue.
- Candidate should have banking knowledge along with some technical knowledge as need to co-ordinate with Customers as well as IT team.
- Payment analysis –SWIFT, ISO20022 XML file format hands-on experience.
- Pro-active, Good communication – written, verbal.
- Preferred - experience on customer facing / handling.
- Liaise with migration team for migration activities.
- Query handling (post migration).
