Qualification: IIM GRADUATE
Experience: min 3+ yrs in the agricultural or food processing industry
Work location: Katni in Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the company's growth and market expansion while ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Financial Performance: Take responsibility for the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal management.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, both domestically and internationally, through effective market research and development of distribution channels.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices and initiatives throughout the organization, including environmentally responsible farming and processing.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, including food safety and quality control.
