- Drive Equity and currency derivatives business via branches and achieve given business targets.
- Monitor active ratio of clients in derivatives and drive higher numbers
- Increase number of advisors participating in derivatives.
- Travel and equip dealers on derivatives to enhance business.
- Plan and execute online client engagement activities like webinars, mailers, etc.
