Job Description:
- Providing technical support to customers.
- Responsible for on time completion of projects/tasks assigned.
- Conducting training sessions with clients as and when required.
- Realtime solving and addressing customer queries/issues raised.
- Meeting customers and prospects for technical discussion.
- Meeting existing customers on regular basis for assessment.
- Closely work with internal Sales/Technical team on requirement basis.
- Daily Reporting to Technical managers.
Skills Required:-
- Must have knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE Domain
- Creo Parametric/ANSYS/Any 2D CAD Knowledge is preferred (Simulation Software).
- Must have knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Knowledge of Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is must.
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
