Job Description:
- End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates.
- Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the profile.
- End to end selection process, candidate documentation, employee documentation, data management.
- On board training program, induction, internal communications, R& R management, Event organization, joining program and documentation process, payroll entry (own
software),
- Consultant Management, present/left data management in system, Employee exit formalities, day to day generalist profile sometimes.
