Job Description:
For Sales Manager: Experience: 3+ years (relevant)
- We need a person who is from Recruitment OR IT Industry but he should be having good experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Hunting, Farming, and have experience of complete IT market.
- Need to check their monthly targets and revenues they are achieving along with the number of client onboarding they are doing and number of resources getting hired.
- Also if they have Staff Augmentation experience then also it is fine but that person should have experience in IT and Recruitment markets throughout.
- Should have a ready pool of customers whom we can onboard. We are looking for someone having a proven track record in sales and growth in a specific market.
- This is a field job, candidates should be willing to stay on field to go on client meetings.
