Job Description:

Job Title: Admin cum Front Office Executive

Work Timings & Weekly Offs : General Office Timings

Location : Near Huda City Centre Metro Station, Gurgaon

Experience : Around 2 Years

Qualification : Any Graduate

Salary (In Hand) : Negotiable

Job Description:

•Handling all visiting guests, VIPs; necessary courtesies to be extended.
•MIS Data maintain on daily and monthly basis.
•Maintain Database of Telephone number of employees
•Transmits and receives telephone calls & messages.
•Handling of Incoming & Outgoing couriers.
•Maintaining and updating office files, handling correspondence, emails & internet browsing.
•Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
•Handling inquiries and Administration support to be extended for in house parties/trainings etc.
•Manage of petty cash required for miscellaneous office expenses, pantry & consumables.
•Coordinate in interview process, follow-up with candidates, Welcome the new employee in to the organization.
