Job Description:

Job Overview:

As a CCRP Admin (Clinical Claims and Revenue Processing Administrator), you will play a critical role in supporting the CCRP team and other Point C team members. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with healthcare providers and their billing departments, data extraction from software systems, transcribing data, adhering to established processes, and demonstrating excellent time management skills. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products is preferred for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting CCRP Team: Collaborate with the CCRP team and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provider Communication: Coordinate and engage in phone calls with healthcare providers and their billing departments to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Data Extraction: Extract relevant data from various software systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Data Transcription: Transcribe data from PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process Compliance: Follow established process documents and guidelines to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members and external partners.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products is preferred for data processing and reporting.

 

Qualifications:

  •  Previous experience in a similar administrative, customer service, or data processing role is a preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and terminology is a bonus.
