Position Title: Manager - Training
Reports to: Business Head
Business Unit: Business Excellence
Location: Delhi, Aerocity
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Industry.

  • Employee Induction
  • Brand Training
  • Customer service & feedback
  • Designing communication
  • Excellent communication skills

Role/Responsibilities:

- In House Training Design & Delivery (TNA / TNI, Planning & Organizing Trainings Calendars, Training Delivery, Self-Development Initiatives, AD HOC Trainings, HR Induction)
- Content Development & Module Designing
- Brand Training – Coordination & Execution (Liaising with Buying Team & Brands to schedule the session, execution & feedback)
- Customer Service (Feedback ID, Feedback Tracker, Customer Satisfaction. Brand coordination)
- Designing Communication & execution of (Employee Engagement activities, Festive Occasions etc.)
- Safety Protocol Audit (Checking CCTV, Coordinating with Team, Motivating Team)
