Corporate Manager Job Duties
Corporate managers typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Planning and overseeing budgets, capital expenditures, and accounting practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Reviewing financial reports and projections to assess company performance in accordance with industry standards
- Evaluating the performance of individual employees and making recommendations for promotions or termination based on job performance and employee development needs
- Communicating with other members of management to discuss departmental goals and objectives
- Overseeing employee hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure that all staff are adhering to company policies and regulations
