Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Operations - MSME
Job Description:

The individual should possess an extreme eye for details, as the candidate will work regularly on
invoicing and numbers. Ability to create and manage work plans, timelines and accommodate
multiple priorities will be critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work extensively on invoicing process
· Maintain inventory books along-with accounting entries for company's trading entity
· Follows SOP or manager's instructions and ensures tasks are quality compliant
· Indulge into exhaustive validations of incoming invoices and make outgoing invoice as per the
defined SOP
· Contributes to process improvement ideas
· Responsible for giving timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, i.e., as per
SOP and SLA
· Proactively raises issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders
· Meets business metrics and goals, i.e., SLAs, productivity targets and quality benchmarks.
· Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools
· Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards
· Need to indulge into regular interactions with supplier and buyer side POCs for day-to-day
operations management
Basic Qualifications :
· Education qualification - Graduate
· Proficient in - English
· Sound knowledge of accounting, GST and TCS/TDS
· Good communication skills - ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and
concisely
· Should have at-least two years of work experience working in accounts department
· Should have at-least one year of work experience working invoicing-heavy role
· Should be well verse with MS Excel tool
· Should be a smart and solution-driven individual
· Fungible to transition within work types, flexible to staggered week offs
· Analyze and detect exceptions
· Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement
· Strong learning ability
Preferred Qualifications :
· Experience in E-commerce is a plus
· Experience in B2B industry is a plus
· Exposure to SalesForce or ther popular CRM tool is a plus
