Subcontract Engineer

Job Description:

• Managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, including the selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring of subcontractors.
• Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing in subcontract agreements, ensuring they align with the project's requirements and company standards.
• Ensuring that subcontractors meet quality and safety standards, and addressing any non-compliance issues.
• Monitoring and controlling costs associated with subcontracted work, working to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure subcontractors meet project timelines and objectives.
• Identifying potential risks in subcontracted work and developing strategies to mitigate them.
