Stores Executive for US MNC at Bhosari, Pune

Job Description:

Working – 6 days a week

Competencies:

• Sound knowledge & experience in AS9100 / ISO9001/ ISO14001
• Checking and unloading. Deliveries safely in the correct areas.
• Responsible to ensure and maintain the Identification and the Traceability of stored Goods.
• Responsible to maintain accurate inventory.
• Responsible for on-time supply of goods to his customers following FIFO/ LIFO, Complete day to day activities on Time.
• Material issue to internal customer and update the same in IFS system.
• Monitoring of receipt import documents and issue documents and keeping records for audit and finance Purpose.
• Trains the operators to use available resources effectively.
• Maintain '5' S daily in stores area.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job title, as may be determined by the department head.
• Knowledge about the Shelf life of the Product
• Knowledge about GST
• Reconciliation of Subcontracting Material
• Creation of Air waybill and E-way bill.
• Knowledge about the Export and Import Documentation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Tools: Expertise in Microsoft MS office tools, ERP System.

• Manpower Management.
• Efficiently usages of available Resource.
• Due to Material Shortages Zero Line Stoppage.
• Export Shipment Management
• Documents Management.
• Maintain the System VS Physical Stock Accuracy.
