Job Description:

Responsible for handling the operation of the front office.
Should be a presentable and confident.
Handle inbound & out bound calls.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Coordination with the administration.
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Qualifications

Handling Reception /front desk, hospitality.
Office upkeep, monitor and maintain office equipment
Mail management
Meeting room management

 

 

Contract management.

Handling external or internal communication or management systems

Managing clerical & other administrative staff

Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings

Vital for the smooth-running of a business.

Stock of plant supplies and place orders when necessary.

Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers.

Arranging both internal and external events.

Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.

Providing administration support to sales reps, human resource and seniormanagement.

Dealing with email enquiries.

Taking minutes.

Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Form collecting passport, visa; photo of the foreigner, data record & online form submission.
