1st Class Boiler Operator
Job Description:
a) Shall be ITI / NCTVT passed FIRST Class Boiler Attendant
course with hands on experience of 4-5 years in Coal
fired Boilers of 20 TPH and above.
Note: Opening in there in both HP & LP AFBC as well as
CFBC boilers
b) Shall know operations of ESP, Wet Scrubber, Coal and
Ash handling system etc.
c) Shall have hands on experience of maintenance of Boiler
accessories like pumps, valves, Safety Valves Boiler, and
its accessories.
d) Shall handle shift operations independently.
e) Shall have compete knowledge of PLC / SCADA system.
f) Knowledge of RO / DM water plant working and
importance of BFW water quality parameters is essential.
g) Shall know emergency start and stop operations of the
Boiler.
h) Shall be conversant with cleaning and offering the Boiler
and its relevant it for Annual inspection to Boiler
inspectors and its formalities.
