Job Description:

BASIC PURPOSE:

The Manager, Application Delivery & Support is responsible for the implementation of custom or packaged solutions & provides business support for multiple applications used by core departments throughout the organization. The Manager acts as a subject matter expert throughout the lifecycle of all assigned applications, and is involved in planning, implementation, and production support. This individual will also coordinate end-user client relationships, while responding to both critical and routine application support requests, and interfaces with software vendors and consultants for development and support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborate with peers and management on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our project delivery experience.
  • Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sets and manages client expectations effectively.
  • Strong business communication and people management skills.
  • Assist project team members in understanding the Use Cases and requirements.
  • Participate in designing architectures and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain latest technical/functional/managerial skills (as appropriate) required based on the company’s technical strategies.
  • Improve application performance or enhance product usability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:   

Reports to Associate Vice President, India

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related engineering, or technology
  • 10+ years of progressive technology leadership with a comprehensive experience set across all IT disciplines.
  • The position seeks proven leaders who can manage our NodeJs, AWS, Dell Boomi Cloud Integration projects and deliver to exceed customer expectations.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Should possess strong hands- on designing and development skills in Nodejs, AWS
  • Experience in Java and any Integration Platform e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft or similar Integration Platform is preferred.
  • Should manage and deliver resource allocation (people, hardware, software) 
  • Knowledge of project management & analyst toolsets like JIRA, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Candidate should have prior background of handling multiple projects, direct interaction with client managers and take complete responsibility for the delivery of the projects.
  • Experience with working on Agile/Scrum method of product implementation and delivery.
